In a busy hospital ward in Nykøbing Falster, newly hired nurse Pernille begins her job with hope and a deep desire to make a difference. She quickly finds comfort in the presence of Christina a popular and charismatic colleague admired by everyone around her. But as the days pass, Pernille starts to notice a disturbing pattern: emergencies seem to strike whenever Christina is on shift, and she is always the first to respond when patients suddenly need to be resuscitated. As suspicion grows, Pernille quietly begins to dig deeper into what no one else dares to question. What if Christina herself is the cause of the very emergencies she responds to? Trapped between doubt, fear, and a system desperate to believe in the best, Pernille must find the courage to uncover the truth before it’s too late.
